The world-renowned Oscar winner Ennio Morricone is considered one of the most prolific composers in the history of film music, having written over 500 film scores for cinema and television, creating legendary pieces in the process. He received his last Oscar in February 2016 for Tarantino's 'The Hateful 8'. Morricone became immortal nearly 50 years ago with his music for 'Once Upon a Time in the West'. His compositions for the Italian Western classic 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly', Roland Joffé's drama 'The Mission', and Giuseppe Tornatore's film 'Cinema Paradiso' gained him particular fame. His fans can experience Morricone's unforgettable works live in selected cities. Star guest Marc Breitfelder is considered one of the best harmonica players in the world. On stage, the large ensemble of soloists, orchestra, and choir of the Milano Festival Opera brings Morricone's captivating music to life. ORIGINAL FILM SCENES The technically elaborate screen animation with original film scenes intensifies the gripping atmosphere and creates the famous goosebump effect that no one can escape.
