Description
At the long Tavolate table, three guests will be served fresh, homemade blood and liver sausages, accompanied by various appetizers, side dishes, and desserts. (There will also be grilled sausage available by reservation).
Three pigs spent a happy summer on the Alp Grava with Doris and feasted on fine goat milk cheese. We process all of it - first, the blood and liver sausages, which we make fresh with a team of friends. Later, the fresh meat is used to make sausages, and finally, air-dried raw ham, coppa, and bacon follow.
Doris Galfetti, the Alpine herdswoman from Almens, is involved and shares stories from her everyday life on the goat mountain Grava in the Valsertal at 1937m above sea level. (There will also be grilled sausage available by reservation).
Registration required by September 30, 2026, at noon.
