Description

Vocal ensemble Lucerne and Boys Choir Lucerne's male and boy formation will perform together for the first time, supported by a distinguished instrumental ensemble from the Lucerne music scene. The program highlights two composers: British Bob Chilcott and Lucerne's Caspar Diethelm, whose 100th birthday is commemorated during this special anniversary year. Chilcott's vibrant Circlesong explores the human life cycle through indigenous North American texts, while Diethelm's Das Rad des Lebens creates a focused, energetic soundscape inspired by Tibetan mandalas.
