The evening begins with an initial introduction. Afterwards, a table full of vegetables, fruits, and other delicacies awaits to be transformed by the participants into surprising dishes - colorful, abundant, inviting. In small groups, three courses are created. Without recipes, without words, but with heightened attention to all internal and external sensations, feelings, and ideas. An unusual experience that requires presence, perception, and a bit of courage! During the subsequent meal, Sandra and Markus provide space to share the experience. General Information

The TafelRunde October takes place at the Impulszentrum Holdenweid in Hölstein. Participants experience a special cooking event where they prepare creative dishes together without recipes and words, and then share their experiences.
