Moderation: Ueli Mäder
Music: Lukas Rickli Series of talks Homeland for All
Homeland for all people: young, old, migrated, undocumented, indentured, displaced, disadvantaged, queer... Everyone should participate in social life, contribute, and feel comfortable without excluding others or feeling superior. Homeland is not an exclusive refuge but rather a creative possibility. Sometimes it has become a nationalist conservative ideology. Some reject the term for this reason. Others open it up to a resistant belonging that allows doubts and addresses contradictions constructively. We reflect on different expressions and concepts of homeland. Also of interest is how biographical experiences document societal changes. Buffet from Restaurant du Coeur
