Description
By practicing various mindfulness exercises, you train your brain like a muscle, aiming to arrive in the here and now.
Another effective topic for more serenity is breathing. Because breathing is directly connected to the nervous system. When thoughts race, the body is often in the so-called stress mode (sympathetic activation). The heart beats faster, muscles tense up, and the mind remains on alert.
Targeted breathing exercises activate the parasympathetic nervous system – this is your rest and relaxation nerve. The program includes: Introduction to mindfulness: At the beginning, you tune in with mindfulness exercises and thus arrive in the here and now. Breathing exercises: These deepen relaxation and give new strength. Meditation: A gentle, relaxing meditation gives you serenity and strength for the coming week. Exchange and inputs: Benefit from group exchange and be inspired by the experiences and suggestions of other participants.
