- LE SAMÀ - DANCE OF THE PLANETS AND THE TOURNAMENT - Two days to immerse yourself in the heart of the Samà: fully enter the experience of inhabited movement. This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with the body, while developing a more organic, grounded, and lively dance. Beginners are welcome. Every movement brings the sky down to earth. Every turn invites death and rebirth, freeing the ego to connect with the Heart. COME, LET'S WAKE UP THE SUN, LET'S MAKE LOVE DANCE. Through spinning, breath work, voice, and movement, we will explore a path towards interiority and creativity. A practice that combines precision and letting go, structure and subtle listening, to allow a sensitive and embodied presence to emerge. A path of authentic beauty to find one's alignment. To listen deeply and surrender while remaining grounded. The voice will be approached as an extension of the body: a voice that does not pass through words, but through vibration, movement, breath, and inner momentum. A space to listen, feel, and let dance become language. Cultivate the fire of the heart, the sacred flame. A time to deepen your relationship with movement and open a space for intimate and authentic expression. The space becomes ritual, sacred, and light awakens within the living body. The poetic essence of each individual can fully express itself through the body, voice, and speech. What matters to me is that you leave this workshop with a surge of life and a desire to express yourself from the heart. BIOGRAPHY: Actress, singer, poet, spinning dance inspired by Sufi dance, pedagogue. For over 15 years, I have traversed the stage as a space of research, embodiment, and transformation. Voice, body, poetry, and movement are for me pathways to a broader, freer, and more vibrant presence. My teaching is rooted in living spiritual traditions — notably Sufi, Indian, and Himalayan — which I see as paths of experience, openness, and inner unification. I create spaces where creativity, breath, and movement become passages to oneself, to others, and to something greater than oneself. Spaces to find one's axis, truth, poetry, and full humanity. I trained in Sufi dance with Rana Gorgani at the International Sufi Dance School in Turkey. The Tournament Dance workshop will take place at Jura Tourisme, Les Pommerats, in Switzerland. Over two days, participants will be invited to immerse themselves in the experience of movement, developing an organic and lively dance, while cultivating deep listening and authentic expression.
