Description
This workshop is a true invitation to musical exploration and collective creativity. In a stimulating atmosphere, participants are encouraged to sing, experiment, and interpret together. No musical prerequisites are necessary: only the desire to discover, share, and express oneself matters.
Through playful and accessible exercises, participants develop their listening skills, presence, self-confidence, and ability to express themselves freely within a group. It is also an opportunity to escape daily life and stimulate imagination.
The sessions begin with warm-up exercises for the body and voice: stretching, rhythmic games, movement, vocal work, and listening exercises. Gradually, the group enters a process of musical discovery focused on singing, rhythm, and collective interpretation. After this preparation time, participants learn and interpret songs from the rich Cuban repertoire, through which they discover the rhythms, harmonies, and energy characteristic of this musical tradition.
