It is therefore even more important that we maintain personal exchange at the local level, promote mutual understanding, and further strengthen the proven culture of collaboration between business, politics, and administration. With the new format «StadtDialog #Wirtschaft Dietikon», the city of Dietikon is launching a platform for regular exchange with local companies. The event is intended to be recurring and to address topics of particular importance for companies and the development of the economic location Dietikon. The upcoming StadtDialog #Wirtschaft Dietikon focuses on one of the most important future issues for trade: attracting and securing skilled workers. Together with the social department and the school department of Dietikon, we will explore what offers and support options companies in Dietikon can utilize, whether in employment integration or in recruiting apprentices. At the same time, we want to learn about the challenges and needs of companies and how the economy and the city can develop solutions together.
