Description

The Elbphilharmonie – Landmark, Opera House, Luxury Hotel. From here, it's just a short walk to the St. Pauli entertainment district. We move away from car traffic along the promenade by the water. With a view of the Elbphilharmonie, the tour starts on the Jan-Fedder Promenade at the Überseebrücke. Here, there are museum ships, dry docks, and breathtaking views of the container port. We pass the lively Portuguese Quarter, the Michel, the musical theaters on the other side of the Elbe, and the imposing old Elbe Tunnel. At the end, we climb the Hamburger Berg on the Matrosenroute and finish with a fantastic view over the Hamburg Harbor. When: Fridays, 4 PM, meeting point at the entrance of Überseebrücke near the Baumwall subway station. For whom: Especially suitable for families.
