St. Gallen through the Lens of Foto Gross

Description

No one has captured the buildings of the city of St. Gallen as often and at such a high quality as the photographers of the renowned company Foto Gross. On three walks through the city, we discover their favorite subjects and compare yesterday and today using the wonderful photographs. The first tour takes place in the Museum Quarter, where the representative cultural buildings of St. Gallen have been built. On the second evening, we stroll through the old town, where Foto Gross documented the development of the most important new buildings of the post-war period. The train station and the embroidery district are the focus of the third event.
