After the release of Elischa Heller's latest album Spellwork, his electronic solo project grows into a special live experience with a full band, featuring racing beats, glitchy songs, and catchy melodies. Supported by Junge Eko, Leoni Leoni, Fabian Mösch, and Jonas Albrecht, they create together a resonant world full of shimmering textures, bouncing playfulness, and a fragile interplay between gentleness and upheaval. Their songs are like a river in which the band sinks, casting a fleeting light on glittering whirlpools, only to surface and dive again, transformed by the enchanted waters of their soundscapes. The vague remains sharply outlined as we find ourselves in a wide, loose, yet warm space, never knowing whether the next seconds will bring orchestrated chaos or soothing relief. As we hear every crackle, every breath, the band carefully weaves relationships between urgency and hesitation, noise and embrace, listening and shared time. The CTM Festival describes Heller's music as "audible questions: a tension between destruction and understanding, an embrace of helplessness as meaning."
