Sound Meditation for Adults

Immerse yourself in a small group in the transformative sound of crystal singing bowls, monochord, hapi drum, gong, koshi, cymbals, and rain pillar. In sound, you become aware of your true essence, present, mindful; sound slows down and touches you. Giving yourself time, expanding your consciousness (all without words).
