“Life is a journey, often winding. My life is exactly that. Since childhood, I have loved music, singing, and musical instruments. It is part of my authenticity. Even though I studied law, I returned to what is closest to my heart and studied music therapy in Olomouc. I now work as a music therapist at a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities – ARPIDA. In addition, I run sound baths at Soulad in České Budějovice and I am the 'creator' of individual and group sound baths. And what is a sound bath? Just lie down, close your eyes, and let yourself be carried away by the harmonious tones of Tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, handpan, shamanic drum, and other therapeutic instruments. The gentle vibrations of sound help calm the mind, release tension, reduce stress, and induce a state of deep relaxation. People after a sound bath sleep better, feel more energy, and experience greater inner peace.”
