Description
On the occasion of International OCD Awareness Week, the SONNFELS Center for Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders invites you to a joint walk at Lake Lucerne. We will walk at a gentle pace for about an hour. Conversation cards will provide prompts along the way. Everything is voluntary, and no one has to share personal stories. The walk is not a therapy group or a lecture. It is an open space for meeting, exchange, and a better understanding of OCD. Invited are affected individuals, relatives, and anyone who wants to learn more. The walk is aimed at adults aged 18 and over. The walk will be led by Cristiana Martellotta and Johannes Barthel. They are federally recognized psychotherapists and founders of the SONNFELS Center for Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders. Meeting point: Verkehrshaus-Lido at the boat dock. Duration approx. 60 minutes. No registration required. To protect privacy, the event will take place without media coverage and without recordings of participants.
