Solomon's Knot, a vocal ensemble, presents Bach's Christmas Oratorio BWV 248 (Parts I, III, V, VI) in a unique interpretation without a conductor, fostering spontaneity and immediacy. The ensemble features eight singers who serve as soloists and choir, delivering a captivating performance that highlights the emotional depth and musical clarity of the piece. The concert is led by artistic director Jonathan Sells, with soloists Zoë Broodshaw, Clare Lloyd-Griffiths, Kate Symonds-Joy, James Laing, Thomas Herford, David de Winter, Alex Ashworth, and Jonathan Sells.
