A human rights activist and a migration advisor in Poland, representatives of the UNHCR (United Nations Refugee Agency) in Geneva, as well as a philosopher in Beirut show us the bright and dark sides of solidarity. Every solidarity has limits and casts its shadows. Director David Bernet searches for these shadows and follows his protagonists, all professionals of solidarity, through the crises of recent years. From Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Lebanon to the open clash of solidarities in Gaza. Solidarity is not just a feeling, it is a decision.
