Blessing Ceremony for the Bereaved

Description

The death of a loved one leaves wounds, and processing the loss takes time. We cannot take away your grief and the associated pain, but we are happy to take the time to walk a part of the way with you. The blessing ceremony offers the opportunity to share grief and sorrow in a small community. In a contemplative devotion, we take time to explore the variety of feelings that a grieving process entails. The current season is included in the ceremony and can show us that not everything ends with the falling of the leaves.
By listening to God's word, you may find hope and, with the reception of the individual blessing for your further life path, experience God's encouragement. Bereaved people from other communities are also warmly welcome to the ceremony.

General Information

The blessing ceremony takes place on Sunday, November 15, at 2 p.m. in the Bruder Klaus Church. It offers the bereaved the opportunity to share their feelings in a supportive community and to find hope.
