Magic at Wiesensee: The cult event "See der Sinne" is making its comeback! Many will surely remember the gentle glow, dreaming by the shore, and that very special, almost magical atmosphere. Until 2018, "See der Sinne" was an absolute highlight in the Hemsbach event calendar. Back then, it was organized by the city on its own and as a one-day event, but this fall, the classic returns spectacularly! In close collaboration with the city of Hemsbach, "Showmaker" revives this cult format. And the best part: what was once a day of pure enjoyment now turns into three full days full of magic! From September 25 to 27, Wiesensee transforms into a dream landscape for all senses. "See der Sinne" is not a loud, shrill fairground hustle. It is more a festival of quiet, stylish tones. It's about relaxing the soul, enjoying, and immersing oneself in another world with family or friends. You can lie in cozy hammocks, relax on chill lounge furniture, thousands of lights sparkle, the lake gently babbles in the background, illuminated softly, and a touch of live music is in the air. Just switch off and soak in the moment. As dusk falls, the area around the lake turns into a sparkling sea of lights with artistic lighting effects and atmospheric installations. Wiesensee and its surroundings are set in a dreamlike scene: fascinating photo motifs and the perfect backdrop for dream trips and romantic moments are created.
Visitors can look forward to fascinating walking acts, small, fine shows, captivating readings, and gentle live music that perfectly underscore the evening without being intrusive. For the culinary well-being, it's not the classic sausage stand: food trucks spoil guests with extraordinary street food and exclusive wines that perfectly match cozy late summer evenings. Even the little ones will have a great time with wonderful participatory activities. While the festival will start comfortably in the late afternoon on Friday and Saturday, Wiesensee will open its gates already at 11:00 am on Sunday for, among other things, a special regional market day. At carefully selected stalls, you can discover unique handicrafts and stylish decorations as well as handmade jewelry and fine artisanal products. By the way; exhibitors who produce unusual products, handmade items, or designs—things you don't find everywhere—are welcome to contact Showmaker to enrich this market.
