Visit freely the dryer, one of the last in Val-de-Travers, and its exhibition on the culture of absinthe spread over three floors. New this year: the workshop "Absinthe & Terroir Pairings", tasting spirits, chocolates, and local cheeses, Saturday and Sunday at 11 am, with Conscious Participation. Saturday 31.10.2026 10:30 am - 4:30 pm, tasting: 11 am. Sunday 1.11.2026 10:30 am - 4:30 pm, tasting: 11 am.
