Description

This course by Schwimmschule Amriswil is aimed at children who enjoy spending time in the water and want to deepen their swimming skills. Participants will learn proper breathing techniques for breaststroke, extended distances for crawl on both stomach and back, correct flip turns, starts, and long-distance diving. The course also includes a water safety check with specific exercises to ensure confidence and safety in the water. The program is suitable for children aged 7 and above who can swim at least 25 meters in different positions and perform a 5-meter dive in deep water.
