Description

Schur knew from the age of eight that music would define his life and that he would become the next Jimmy Page. The trigger was when someone in his class mentioned Led Zeppelin and he had no idea who or what that was. His father then introduced him to this magical world and played him records from his collection. Starting his musical journey with a guitar as a Christmas gift, he always kept big milestones in mind, stumbling along his way in various fields but never getting discouraged. With youthful naivety, he built studios, booked other bands for local bars, and tried to reach an audience on streaming platforms with his own music. He took every conceivable job to finance and push his passion. With his first song "Gullwing Bravad," he aimed for 2 million streams, but ultimately only reached 1,000 in the targeted period. Schur could have easily become an author; he describes the twists and turns he went through to discover his musical voice on his website. Support from JEANIE: Soft and cheeky at the same time: Alternative Pop meets Neo Soul. Jeanie's signature sound is characterized by laid-back beats, playful synthesizers, bouncy basslines, and girlyness.
