Description

In 2016, the ensemble Swiss Cellists was founded at the initiative of Ophélie Gaillard, a renowned concertmaster and professor at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève. Her passion for pedagogy led her to create this ensemble of young cellists, which regularly performs in Switzerland and Europe. The repertoire of the Swiss Cellists is very eclectic: it ranges from Bach to contemporary creations, from chanson to jazz.
