This event begins at the Käfigturm, where participants will taste an original unconched chocolate from Emmental and follow the sweet traces of Bernese chocolatiers through the old town to the historic Matte district. The stories are complemented by matching chocolates, revealing Bern's significant role in the global development of chocolate. The journey concludes with a three-course meal at Fischerstübli, a restaurant located just meters from the birthplace of modern chocolate, offering both meat and vegetarian options for 98 Swiss francs per person. Drinks are not included and will be settled at the end of the meal.
