SAVANA FUNK (Italy, England, Morocco) Aldo, Blake, and Youssef met in spring 2015 in Bologna. They immediately realized that they shared a special emotional and musical connection. Their repertoire is characterized by a mix of African music, funk, blues, psychedelic rock, and jazz. In 2018, they officially named themselves SAVANA FUNK. They performed at FirenzeRocks with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, at the Sherwood Festival with Seun Kuti, at A Cielo Aperto with Kokoroko and Tanta Robba, and Nu Genea. In 2025, Savana Funk expanded their international presence with a successful tour in Indonesia, a performance at ILMC in London, and an unforgettable appearance at Sziget Festival in Budapest. We remember the spectacular concert at Rhybadi at Pool Rules 2026!
