Salsa! No other dance has seen such a steep success curve in recent years. Salsa awakens longing for the Caribbean and exudes true joie de vivre. Salsa is danced in pairs: one person leads, the other follows. We mainly teach courses in the Cuban style – Salsa Cubana, which originates from Cuba. Cuban salsa appears playful, rhythmic, and lively, composed of various Latin American rhythms and dances. Typical for this style are the spins of the dance couple around a common center and the Rueda de Casino, where multiple couples dance figures in a circle in sync and switch partners. The course is suitable for absolute beginners or for those who still feel unsure about the basic elements.
