SEMINAR: Safarifotografie Photo seminar by & with Reiner Harscher Duration: 3 hours. Anyone fulfilling the dream of a safari does not want to only keep their wonderful experiences in memory. Enjoying your own photos and showing impressive pictures at home is part of it. We experience subjectively and see differently than our camera or smartphone, so it takes some tips and experience to photograph effectively and aesthetically. There is a flood of impressions that appear during a wildlife safari: dynamic and fast scenes, large and tiny animals, dusk and backlight, dust, heat, and moisture... and right now in this moment - with what technique and perspective? Where and how are my chances of success best? This and much more will be discussed and shown by the professional photographer in his seminar “Safari Photography”. He demonstrates with many image examples how to not only impressively capture the “Big Five” of Africa, as he has been photographing wildlife in the landscapes of Tanzania, Kenya, Namibia, Botswana, and South Africa for 20 years, sharing his experience. The seminar is aimed at enthusiastic photographers as well as beginners, everyone planning a safari or wanting to handle their camera more confidently on their next safari. Composition and image dramaturgy, equipment, camera and lens technology are also core points, regardless of a specific camera system. Insights into the photographer's long-standing work make this informative and entertaining seminar inspiring, especially since Reiner Harscher shows some of his best safari animal pictures and tells the stories behind them.
