Description

The Studio Series concert will feature one of the prominent ensembles of the Czech quartet tradition – Heroldovo kvarteto. The ensemble was founded in 1998 and soon drew attention by winning the Czech Chamber Music Society Award (2001). Its name pays tribute to the significant Czech violist and educator Jiří Karel Herold and continues the long tradition of the Czech quartet school.
