Description

Four dancers 'dance themselves' continuously. Their persistence to complete exhaustion creates a fascinating contrast to the impeccably formal structure of the choreography. Since 1983, their perhaps most famous piece has been performed nearly 500 times by a total of 28 dancers from five different generations. For the 2026 revival, a completely new ensemble will take over the work. But the Flemish star choreographer has also thought of you! The online participatory platform Re:Rosas! teaches step by step the second movement of the piece – a simplified version of the famous 'Chair Choreography'. Hundreds of dance enthusiasts from around the world have already tried it and danced their own version. So... may we ask?
