Description

A rock opera by Milan Steigerwald and Pavla Forest based on the most famous love story of all time. The story takes place in the city of Verona, ruled by the calculating Duke Escalus, who exploits the enmity between two local families, the Capulets and the Montagues, for his own benefit. The Duke hosts a ball every year, where both feuding parties gather. From the Montague family, the teenage Romeo appears with his friends Mercutio and Benvolio, hoping to win the love of Rosalind. However, she does not return his feelings. Instead, Romeo encounters the young Juliet from the Capulet family, and they fall in love with each other.
