Special autumn concert - Roman Horký and Kamelot - "Psáno na březové kůře III." Since childhood, when I started going to campfires, my favorite pub was "U Mohelských" in Ketkovice. I remember Mr. Mohelský well, bringing me "zónko," and Mrs. Mohelská always had top-notch Hungarian goulash ready. She fried schnitzels in a small pot with homemade lard, served with a unique potato salad without mayonnaise (potatoes, vinegar, onion, cucumber, mustard, salt, and pepper). As I grew up, there was no hike in our post-Slavic countryside without visiting this "home pub" with my friends. When old Mr. Mohelský passed away, his son Jirka took over the pub and continued in his father's footsteps. We often gathered there with Kamelot, Trosečníky, T. O. 60. Míle, and other tramp settlements, playing next to the bar by the coat racks, while our wet battledress, tarps, and shirts dried on the stove, waiting for the time to go to Rapotic for the train. This is also where the origin of my song "Psáno na březové kůře" lies. When our first album "Zachraňte koně" was released, we went to celebrate this significant event right there. We became favorites of the Mohelský family and some Ketkovice girls, who took us in joyfully to their homes at dawn. Even the television medallion of Kamelot "Duhová cesta" from 1994 featured shots from the Ketkovice pub garden. Back then, Bůček and I were already planning to hold a proper concert in the pub's hall. Due to high interest, Kamelot will perform and sing on Saturday, 3. 10. 2026, at the cult location of our tramp brotherhood for the third time. The pub's hall is small, with a capacity of only 150 seats, so don't hesitate and secure your tickets if you want to experience this significant event with us "U Mohelských." We start at 19:00. Before the concert, you can visit some sacred places around the Oslava River, including those I sing about in my songs (Ketkovák, Kavčice, Vydrův Mlýn, Malá skála, Skřipina, or visit nearby Rapotice or Lesní Jakubov). After the concert, we will have a beer together and perhaps sing "Březovou kůru" by the coat racks (which are no longer there) and resonate those old original floorboards that our friends' worn hiking boots once walked on...
