Description
Mental health is a central prerequisite for well-being, performance, and quality of life. Resilience describes the dynamic processes that help people cope with stress, adapt to changing life circumstances, and recover after crises. It arises from the interplay of individual resources and supportive environmental conditions and is a key component of mental health promotion. With the presented resilience training, you can learn about and try out factors of mental health. Everyday exercises, brief reflection impulses, and shared exchange offer the opportunity to connect scientific insights with personal experiences. Discover which resources you already possess, which can be specifically strengthened, and take everyday ideas for your personal mental fitness. Free admission. Duration: 1.5 hours. Venue: Psychiatrie Baselland (Multi-purpose room) In cooperation with Gesundheitsförderung Baselland and Psychiatrie Baselland.
