For more and more people, artificial intelligence is becoming the first point of contact for emotional distress and questions of meaning. But what does this development mean for psychotherapy and pastoral care? What happens when human vulnerability meets an algorithm? Who is responsible if a chatbot responds incorrectly or inappropriately? Or does it open up access to support for those who would otherwise not seek help? After two brief impulses, our guests will engage in conversation with each other and with the audience.
