This advanced wine course, part of Delinat's series on key grape varieties, offers an in-depth exploration of white and red wine grapes. Participants will learn tasting techniques using the 4-nose method, familiarize themselves with typical aromas of well-known varieties, and understand how different aging vessels influence flavor. The highlight is a blind tasting of 10 single-varietal wines, testing your sensory skills and knowledge of each grape's origin and history.
