Rawhide provides an entertaining evening with stunningly arranged Bluegrass. Rawhide is a lively group from Belgium, which has been providing colorful entertainment for over 45 years with breathtakingly arranged Bluegrass and tasteless Hawaiian shirts. Given the lively show, it might almost be forgotten that the six gentlemen perform at a very high musical and vocal level. Legendary their interpretation of "The Typewriter." In 2013, they even became film stars and were significantly involved in the explosive success of the Belgian film "The Broken Circle Breakdown." That same year, they were also awarded a European prize as the most innovative Bluegrass band. With influences from barbershop singing, classical, swing, and pop, one can expect the unexpected from Rawhide. For four generations, the Guggenheim cattle trading dynasty operated a livestock business at the stable on Wasserturmplatz 7 in Liestal. There are numerous stories of calving cows, livestock transporters, and humorous tastes at Wasserturmplatz. The livestock business was dissolved in the 1980s.
