The gastronomic compositions offered during the various events (restaurants, taverns, grotti, breweries, and agritourisms) are based on traditional recipes and ingredients: in addition to cazöla, roasted piglet, braised donkey, pork knuckle, veal ossobuco, rooster and rabbit in sauce, polenta, and "rustisciada," it is also possible to taste game and other specialties. The famous cheeses produced in the Valle di Muggio will be present as every year, especially the Zincarlin! All participants in the fair can take part in the contest that will offer a travel voucher by filling out the appropriate forms.
