Description

Elisa has killed her sister and is serving time in a prison in the mountains. Criminologist Alaoui is interested in her case. A moving film about guilt and context. Elisa is thirty-five years old and has been in prison for ten years because she killed her older sister and burned her body. She claims to remember nothing, as if she has laid a veil of silence over herself and the past. But when she decides to participate in the research of criminologist Alaoui, her memories begin to take shape thanks to the conversations. In the painful realization of her guilt, Elisa also becomes more capable of action. Leonardo Di Costanzo, who previously worked on ARIAFERMA at Kino Xenix, has directed another moving film about imprisonment and freedom. Featuring powerful performances by Barbara Ronchi as Elisa and French actor Roschdy Zem as the listening criminologist.
