Description

Mariana Fedorova recites from her poetry collection «Trees Embrace the Sky». With a sensitive gaze, the poetess sees her confidants and tells of their gentleness and strength. Her love for trees is unmistakable.

Mariana Fedorova studied at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart and at the University of Stuttgart in the fields of painting, art history, and art science. Later, she pursued studies in classical philology at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. Writing means for her to perceive, pause, empathize, and be touched by life. Her poetry consists of delicate inner brushstrokes of inseparably linked thoughts and feelings. They are meditative empathetic reflections that direct the view on being. The poetess trusts the imagination of the reader and listener to develop their own feelings and thoughts based on her word paintings. She thus creates something wordlessly musical with words, namely resonance in the recipient.

Anastasiia Dutka plays an important composition from the work of Olha Drahomyretska, who was one of the teachers of the young violinist in Ukraine. She will underline the atmospheric images of the poems with improvisations on old Ukrainian folk songs.

Anastasiia Dutka began violin lessons at the age of 6 and deepened her studies in classical music at the Ternopil Music Academy and the Lviv National Music Academy under the guidance of renowned teachers Oleksandr Tatarynzev and Ihor Pylatyuk. Currently, Anastasiia continues her studies under the guidance of the renowned professor Anna Gebert at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). Anastasiia's artistic exploration took a captivating turn when she immersed herself in the world of improvisation during lessons with lecturer Diego Kohn at ZHdK. This transformative experience enriched not only her understanding of the expressive possibilities of the violin but also changed her perception of music in general.
