POEMS ON THE ROCKS takes the audience on a poetic journey through the entire history of rock over the past 50 years with their new program. It features lyrics and music from our early heroes like Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Stevie Wonder, Sting, Bob Dylan, and many others. POEMS ON THE ROCKS was founded in 2003 in Stuttgart and was one of the first bands to bring translated German lyrics and rock to the stage. The special feature: lyrical German translations amidst rock classics performed by actor Jo Jung, voice of many productions for SWR and ARTE. And the very special thing: here at KUMEDI, completely unplugged again.
