Description
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of mushrooms and experience a varied weekend full of nature, discoveries, and enjoyment. Under the expert guidance of Sabine Eichenberger, mushroom specialist, mushroom controller, as well as excursion and mushroom course leader, you will learn how to collect, identify, and cook mushrooms. Since 2009, she has been passionately sharing her knowledge and introducing interested people to the fascinating world of mushrooms. The course is aimed at beginners without prior knowledge as well as anyone who wants to refresh their knowledge. The course language is Swiss German / German.
* **Participants:** 10 to 15 people * **Bring:** weatherproof clothing, good footwear, slippers, sleeping bag, and everything necessary for an overnight stay. If possible, bring a mushroom book and mushrooms for identification. * **Catering:** The catering is included. Please specify any food intolerances as well as vegetarian or vegan diets when registering. * **Insurance & Tasting:** Participants are responsible for adequate insurance.
