In the footsteps of Mario Manazza At the end of the 2026 season of the Neue Kurkapelle Baden, the ensemble presents a new program with a strong historical reference. Mario Manazza was the last conductor in the true sense of the word to be responsible for spa music in Baden. The cellist with Italian roots was active with his eight-piece orchestra from 1959 to 1967 and is still remembered by many Baden residents. Manazza had an extensive archive of sheet music, from which Jonas Ehrler has compiled a concert program.
