Philosophy seminar What is the difference between knowledge and opinion? Can we draw a clear and definitive boundary between what is of the realm of knowledge and what is of the realm of belief? And on what is what we are certain of based? Finally, what is the role of (or rather, the sciences today? So many questions that we will address together in an open spirit, based on our own reflections, our own experiences, and classical texts from the philosophical tradition. This course is open to all without any prerequisites. Instructor Adrien Bordone Born in Bienne in 1987. 2010 a bachelor's in cinema at the École Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne then a bachelor's in philosophy, history, and aesthetics of cinema at the University of Lausanne. 2017 studies in philosophy at the master's level at the University of Zurich with a thesis on the question: "What is an image?" He is currently working in Bienne where he makes documentary films for television and cinema (including "Après l’hiver," "Alexia, Kevin & Romain," and "Mes amis espagnols"). General Information

This philosophy seminar explores the distinctions between knowledge and belief, as well as the role of sciences today. Open to all without prerequisites, it will take place at PASQUART in Bienne, with sessions scheduled in November and December 2026.
