Why do we repeatedly get into similar conflicts in relationships? Why do we get annoyed with other people at work? And why do we feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or under pressure, even though we actually want to react differently? "Phenomenon Human" invites adults from 18 years old to rediscover themselves and others. On an interactive path of insight, information, observation, and experience stations guide through the topics of perception, emotions, prejudices, and human behavior. Visitors experience how their thinking, feeling, and actions arise – and why other people can perceive the same situation completely differently. By reclassifying emotions and reaction patterns, they can recognize inner tensions earlier, react and communicate more consciously, and deal with conflicts more constructively. This opens up new possibilities in dealing with oneself and other people. The content is conveyed purely functionally, practically, and independently of cultural or ideological backgrounds. The free event by the hi·birds association in cooperation with Systhematik takes place from August 14 to 17, 2026, and from October 2 to 4, 2026, at the Lintharena in Näfels. "Phenomenon Human" invites you to better understand your own emotions and reactions and to discover new solutions within yourself. Because those who recognize what lies behind emotions, fears, and feelings of shame can consciously change their relationship with themselves and their environment.
