Pflanzenwesen von Tinu Glauser Tinu Glausers plant portraits testify to intense encounters with the plant world. Although most images were taken in his photo studio, they do not appear artificial. The plant parts depicted in close-up show their vitality and beauty, revealing the mysterious sides of plants like plantain, butterbur, or St. John's wort – all plants that the artist collected in his immediate surroundings and to which a healing effect is attributed. His approach is not botanical but poetic. In his long-term project "Pflanzenwesen," he was guided by his intuition to capture what often remains hidden from us.
