*Peter and the Wolf* is undoubtedly Prokofiev's most famous work and is appreciated by young audiences (as well as their parents) as a playful introduction to the world of classical music. For nearly a century, the Wolf horns have threatened the oboe duck, while the clarinet cat prowls around the bassoon grandfather. Depending on the generation, one might recall narrators like David Bowie or François Morel. In our Biel version, the Walliser actor Léonard Bertholet and dancer Rafael Smadja (from the Biel company champloO), as well as the musicians of TOBS!, will take us into Peter's garden.
