It enables entry into basic training in Transactional Analysis. Content: In this two-day seminar, you will learn specific tools (concepts of Transactional Analysis) that will expand your professional and personal competence in dealing with people, groups, and systems. You will learn about your basic attitude – towards yourself, others, and groups and systems. You will learn how to adopt a positive attitude in feeling, thinking, speaking, and acting. You will explore additional concepts of Transactional Analysis, reflect on your own feeling, thinking, and behavior patterns, and how to adapt them here and now. Your questions will be addressed and answered during these two seminar days. The seminar days are designed with a mix of theory, group and individual work, reflection, discussion rounds, and stories. The seminar Personal Development with Transactional Analysis – TA 101 is a prerequisite for the Basic Training in Transactional Analysis. Prerequisites: - Joy, motivation, and interest in learning about the concepts of Transactional Analysis. - Willingness and curiosity to engage with one's own personality: reflect – understand – recognize – develop.
