«Perform!» Bodies of Identity

Description

Young people from the Zurich region are on the studio stage. In three groups, they develop their own dance pieces within a few weeks under the guidance of three choreographers. The starting point is the cultural diversity of today's Zurich: many people speak multiple languages and carry different traditions, stories, and experiences. Together with the artists, they embark on a cultural treasure hunt. Duration: 1:15 h

General Information

The event «Perform!» offers young people from 12 years old the opportunity to develop their own dance pieces. Under the guidance of choreographers, they explore Zurich's cultural diversity and present their results on the studio stage of the Zurich Opera House.
