Description
After portraying a reactionary editorialist more true to life, then exploring our relationship with the 90s in Passé simple – nominated for the Molière of humor 2024 – Pablo Mira is changing targets. This time, annoyance guides his sharp pen. From petty daily irritations to major societal trends that he pretends not to understand (despite his self-proclaimed HPI status), everything becomes a pretext for a thorough dissection of our flaws and behaviors. And as often, it starts with himself: between two sessions with an expensive shrink, he offers a candid self-portrait of his own phobias and obsessions. Co-founder of the parody news site Le Gorafi and a pillar of the show Quotidien, Pablo Mira deploys his caustic wit to turn our muted anger into liberating laughter. A high-wire act, where his biting tone once again works wonders.
