Out in the Loop Festival

Description

The Out in the Loop Festival at Neubad and the Sonic Shaman Festival in Taipei/Taiwan merge over 24 hours into a shared stage. An identical setup at both venues and real-time transmission of sound and image in life size shrink the distance between the two locations from 9500 km to 10 m. The program includes collaborative concerts, DJ sets, performances, lectures, and interactive workshops. These are either held at one location and transmitted to the other or conducted jointly between the two sites. Experience live collaborations, for example, between musicians in Lucerne and dancers in Taipei, or a b2b DJ set by artists in two time zones with a six-hour time difference!
