On the first Sunday of each month, the Medical Collection at Inselspital Bern opens its display depot to the public. Attendees can discover a wide range of historical medical objects, including ventilators, X-ray machines, artificial hips, night chairs, and amputation saws, sourced from hospitals, clinics, and universities. Guided tours are available at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, providing a detailed look into the evolution of medicine and healthcare practices over the past two centuries.
